Drs. A. Salam Rauf and Rekan (or “SAR”) was established on 1996 based on approval letter for public accountant practice or “Surat Izin Menjalankan Praktek Akuntan Publik“ No.SE.691/MK.17/1996 issued by Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia dated June 7, 1996 and No.KEP.932/KM.17/1998 dated October 22, 1998.

SAR has also been registered as member/associate of the following institution:

• Forum Akuntan Pasar Modal (FAPM) No.179 (letter No.053/FAPM 179-03/2008, dated 14 February 2008);
• Profesi Penunjang Pasar Modal (letter No.52/BL/STTD-AP/2008, dated 15 April 2008);
• Bank Indonesia (letter No.9/394/DPIP/DtB, dated 9 March 2007);
• Ikatan Akuntan Publik Indonesia. (number 2, on the list.)

SAR’s Managing Partner is Drs. Abdul Karim Gili which has many experiences background during his career as a government auditor (BPKP). He was a registered accountant in Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia No.D-1562 and member of Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants No.1233. He held a public accountant license No.03.1.0846 from Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia, through its decree No. KEP-094/KM.6/2003, dated 24 March 2003. He was also registered in Bapepam No.STTD. 52/BL/STTD-AP/2008 dated 15 April 2008.
